How much does a custom piece cost?
Because every piece is made to spec, pricing is quoted per project. After a consult and design, you get a transparent written quote before any work begins.
How long does a project take?
Lead time depends on scope and materials. A single handrail moves faster than a full kitchen; we give you a realistic schedule with your quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Custom work typically runs on a deposit to reserve your build slot and buy materials, with the balance due on completion. Exact terms are in your quote.
What materials do you work with?
We fabricate in steel and build in solid hardwoods such as walnut, with finishes chosen to fit each piece and space.
Do you do both the metal and the woodwork?
Yes. Metal fabrication and millwork happen under one roof, so the steel and wood are made to fit each other exactly and one maker is accountable for the whole piece.
Can I make changes once the design is set?
Yes. If you want to adjust the design mid-project, we walk through the impact on cost and timeline before anything changes.
Do you install, or only build?
We deliver and install on-site, protecting your home as we work. Most residential pieces install in a day.
Do you stand behind your work?
Yes. We build to last and stand behind the craftsmanship of everything we make. If something isn't right, we make it right.
Do you work with designers and contractors?
Absolutely. We regularly partner with interior designers and builders as a spec-driven, drawing-ready fabricator and millworker.
